By using Naija Social Club - Dallas you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Membership is by application and approval by the organizer after a short interview. Approval is at the organizer’s discretion.

What Naija Social Club is

A social community in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, rooted in Nigerian culture and open to everyone who loves the vibe, where members meet like-minded people and enjoy fun hangouts together. Membership is never based on nationality or ethnicity. It is not a marketplace or a place to sell or recruit.

Community rules

You agree to follow the community rules. The organizer may remove messages or members who break them.

Plans and your safety

Plans are organized by volunteer members. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, transport, costs and conduct. Meet in public places, use good judgment and look out for one another. Activities like swimming, hiking and sports carry physical risk; only take part if you are able to.

Photos

Photos must be real photos of you. No AI-generated or AI-edited photos, no photos of other people, and no celebrity photos. Your main photo must be a clear photo of your own face. Your other photos can show anything real and appropriate, such as hobbies, travel or events. When you upload photos you confirm they are real, unedited photos of you. Members who break this rule can be removed, and organizers may remove any photo.

Verified

“Verified” means only that an organizer compared a live selfie with the member’s photos and they matched. It is not a background check or a guarantee about anyone.

Your content

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or anyone else’s private information.

Ending your membership

You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab. The organizer may end a membership to protect the community.

No warranty

Naija Social Club is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, the organizer is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or attendance at plans.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Naija Social Club means you accept the changes.
